Foolad Khuzestan remains on top of the Persian Gulf League

Loading...Persianfootball.com – AHVAZ, Foolad Khozestan crashed Saipa of Karaj 4-1 to hold its first position in the Persian Gulf League (PGL) after week ten.
The fisrt half ended 1-1 with Shahbazzadeh scoring a third minute goal for Saipa while Luciano Mendes scored from the penalty spot for Foolad within the first half added time.
In the second half, with goals from Rahmani (55′), Sharifat (66′), and Rafaei (72′) all for Foolad resulted in a 4-1 home victory for Foolad.
In other week ten matches, Sepahan defeated Persepolis 2-0, Saba 2–1 Rah Ahan, Fajr Sepasi 2-1 Esteghlal Khuzestan, Malavan 0-0 Naft Tehran, and Damash 1-0 Tractor Sazi.
Note that Esteghlal of Tehran week ten match is postponed due to AFC 2013 championship league.
