Persepolis back on track [VIDEO]
Persianfootball.com – TEHRAN, Persepolis Tehran bounced back from their controversial loss against Sepahan with a 1-0 win over Fajr Sepasi in Iran’s Persian Gulf League on Thursday.
The Reds had to wait until the 82nd minute though before Mehdi Seyed Salehi rescued his team with the goal of the day.
Spectacular was the creation from Payam Sadeghian, who crowned a solo run from the middle line with a wonderful throughball to Salehi to also assist the striker’s third goal this season.
Persepolis at least temporarily climbed onto the second position of the table, two points behind leaders Foolad who have a game in hand.
