Legionnaires arrive in Iran [PHOTOS]

Loading...Persianfootball.com – TEHRAN, Daniel Davari and Masoud Shojaei arrived in Tehran on Tuesday, whereas Sardar Azmoun and Alireza Jahanbaksh already participated in the national team’s training.
Iran is preparing for an Asian Cup qualifier versus Thailand next Tuesday and Carlos Queiroz has invited eight legionnaires for the clash, of which four – Davari, Azmoun, Jahanbakhsh and Steven Beitashour – are so far uncapped.
Beitashour’s club San Jose today confirmed the 26-year-old right-back will leave for Tehran right after their MLS match on Wednesday.
Meanwhile Reza Ghoochannejhad and Mojtaba Jabbari are expected to join Team Melli in the coming days as well.
Only the fate of Ashan Dejagah is unknown. The Fulham winger is plagued by a calf injury and might not be match fit.
