Tractor Sazi held by Esteghlal in Tabriz [VIDEO]

Tehran Times – TABRIZ, Tractor Sazi football team was held to a 1-1 draw against Esteghlal in the Iranian Professional League (IPL) on Friday.

In the match held at Tabriz Yadegar Emam Stadium which was packed by 60,000 spectators, Arash Borhani gave Esteghlal a lead with a close range shot in the 66th minute.

Saeed Daghighi leveled the score with an assist from Karim Ansarifard in the 63rd minute.

Esteghlal remained 6th with 24 point with a game in hand but Tractor Sazi missed the chance go to top.

Elsewhere in Karaj Saipa defeated Saba 2-1 thanks to goals from Kaveh Rezaei and Hamed Shiri. Reza Enayati scored the only goal of Saba in the 76th minute.
