Umm Salal, that sits at bottom of the table of the Qatar Stars League, left a busy day behind by absorbing a Brazilian player (Victor Simoes) from Al-Ahli and Pejman Montazeri from Esteghlal.
This club is trying to move up from the bottom of the ranking table, so it has made these huge purchases.
Ali Fathollahzadeh, the CEO of Esteghlal, had already announced that he would prevent Montazeri from attending the Qatari club.
