Persianfootball.com – SAINT PETERSBURG, Valentin Granatkin Memorial Tournament kicked off yesterday on January 3, 2014 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Iran under-19 national football team is a participant in the tournament which will end on January 12.

Iran has managed to win her first match defeating Belarus 3-0. Iran’s other Group A opponents are Finland and Slovakia who also played yesterday which resulted in Slovakia defeating Finland 3-2. Iran takes on Finland tommorrow and on January 7 final group match versus Slovakia.
