Shojaei scores in Las Palmas draw

Loading...Persianfootball.com – LAS PALMAS, Masoud Shojaei scored his third goal for Las Palmas in the club’s 2-2 draw versus fellow promotion hopefuls RCD Mallorca in Spanish Liga Adelante on Saturday.
Shojaei, who as usual played the full 90 minutes, opened the scoreline after 22 minutes, but after Las Palmas added a second early in second half, two consecutive goals by the visitors cancelled the two-goal lead.
The Iranian offensive allrounder, who has also five assists to his name so far, has joined Las Palmas from Osasuna in summer and quickly emerged as one of the most influential players and fan-favourite at the club, mostly playing in a supporting striker role.
Las Palmas are fifth in the league, four points behind leaders Deportivo La Coruna, who have a game in hand.
