The plan includes six friendly matches – two in Tehran, two in a training camp in South Africa and another two in a camp in Austria.
The preparations will be kicked off with an Asian Cup qualifier versus Kuwait.
Below comes the Team Melli schedule.
March 3: Asian Cup qualifier against Kuwait.
March 5 or 10: Friendly against Guinea
from April 11: Three-week training camp in South Africa including two friendly matches against yet unspecified opposition.
from May 12: Head to Europe and play two friendlies against yet unspecified opposition in Austria in addition to rigorous training program
May 31: Friendly match in Tehran against an undisclosed national team.
June 2: Head to Sao Paulo to start World Cup campaign.
