Sporting Covilha signs Iranian duo

Loading...Tehran Times – COVILHA, Sporting Covilha football club has signed Iranian midfielder Alireza Jamali and keeper Alireza Haghighi until the end of the season.
Jamali ,24, joined the Portuguese Second Division team on loan from Iranian team Mes of Rafsanjan.
Jamali trained with Sporting Covilha for three weeks.
Haghighi,25, also joined the team on loan from Rubin Kazan until the end of the season.
He hopes his move to Portugal will help cement his place in the Iran World Cup squad in Brazil.
Haghighi has made five caps for the Iranian football team.
He joined Rubin Kazan in 2011 but failed to make an appearance in the Russian club.
