Namazi resigns from Team Melli

Loading...ISNA – TEHRAN, Omid Namazi, assistant to Iran’s National Team Manager Carlos Queiroz, has resigned.
In the midst of preparations for the 2014 Brazil World Cup, Carlos Queiroz announced today that his assistant, Omid Namazi, has resigned from his post. The announcement came at the end of Team Melli’s first training session prior to their 2015 Asian Cup Qualifier against Kuwait on March 3rd.
Namazi had been with Team Melli since 2011 and prior to that was an assistant with Tehran side Steel Azin.
