Iran to play Mozambique in World Cup preps

Loading...Tehran Times – TEHRAN, Iran football team is to face Mozambique in a friendly match on May 7.
Asian heavyweight Iran, which has been drawn in Group F of the 2014 World Cup along with Argentina, Nigeria, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, will play the African team but the place of the match has yet to be announced.
The Asian football team will also play Belarus, Montenegro, and Angola in its pre-tournament camp in Austria in May.
Iran will face Trinidad and Tobago in its final preparation for the 2014 World Cup. The match will be held in Sao Paolo, Brazil on June 8.
The World Cup will begin in Sao Paulo on June 12 and will end in Rio’s famous Maracana stadium on July 13.
Iran will play Nigeria in Curitiba on June 16 in its first group match.
