Iran resumes training in Tehran [PHOTOS]

Persianfootball.com – TEHRAN, After about a week break following the return from the South African training camp, Iran’s national team now continues the World Cup preparations in Tehran.

With all domestic players plus Portugal based Alireza Haghighi present from the 28-man squad, the players worked out under the guidance of Carlos Queiroz.

The team will then travel to Austria on Monday where they will stay until the end of May and play three friendly matches versus Belarus, Montenegro and Angola.

The foreign based players will join in one by one before the whole team will have the final stage of preparations in Brazil, including a dress rehearsal versus Trinidad & Tobago.
