Haghighi donated his Jersey vs Argentina to kids with Cancer [PHOTOS]
Persianfootball.com – TEHRAN, Alireza Haghighi the Iran’s number one Team Melli goalie in the World Cup 2014 Brazil visited Mahak Cancer institute for kids and donated his World cup jersey to them.
Alireza donated the black jersey he wore against Argentina to Mahak kids and then ran a penalty kick match with them.
Haghighi who protected Team Melli’s goal against the powerful Argentine with strong will and did not allow any goal for the entire 90 minutes, yet he opened the gates of his goal to Mahak kids.
The director of Mahak thanked Haghighi for the visit and hoped more Iranian celebrities will visit the institute, help the kids and make them happy.
Team Melli goalie said “when I come here I feel well, hopeful and I owe it to Mahak kids who, although very sick yet happy, hopeful and with smile in their face”.
