Croatian Leonard Mesaric joins Foolad

Loading...Tasnim – AHVAZ, Croatian defender Leonard Mesaric joined Iran’s Foolad football team from HNK Gorica on Sunday.
The 30-year-old defender has joined the Iranian football title-holder on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
Mesaric has also played at Croatian clubs NK Lokomotiva and Dinamo Zagreb.
Dragan Skočić, who was appointed as Foolad coach in May, has shown his interest to sign his countryman Mesaric.
The 14th edition of the Iran Professional League will kick off on July 31.
