Good Saturday for Iran legionnaires

According to Navad Newspaper Alireza Jahanbakhsh, Alireza Haghighi and Reza Ghoochannejhad all had wins yesterday in their respective club games.
Alireza Jahanbakhsh scored his team’s third goal at minute 55 in NEC Nijmegen’s huge 4-0 demolition of FC Emmen at home in front of 9000 spectators. NEC played with 10 man after the break as Sjoerd Ars was red carded. Other goals were scored by Limbombe 21 and 31 minutes; and Daemen scored from the penalty spot in the 64 minute.
In Portugal, Alireza Haghighi kept a clean sheet in Penafiel’s 2-0 victory over Vitória de Setúbal. Penafiel’s goals were scored by Aldair in minute 11 from penalty and André Fontes scored in minute 72.
Reza Ghoochannejhad helped Al Kuwait to defeat Al Tadamun, having scored two goals in the 4-2 victory. Reza has had an impressive record so far with 7 goals in 4 appearances.
Meanwhile in Russia, Sardar Azmoun came on as substitute in 73 minute for Maksim Kanunnikov who was Rubin Kazan’s scorer in the 2-1 defeat at the hands of Kuban Krasnodar. Unfortunately Azmoun’s 17 minutes
on the pitch were too little for him to prevent his team from defeat.
