Iran’s Alireza Haghighi to Have Scan on Injured Shoulder

Tasnim Times – TEHRAN, Iranian national football team goalkeeper Alireza Haghighi is set to undergo a scan after feeling pain in his shoulder.

Haghighi suffered a shoulder injury during practice ahead of Qatar match in the 2015 AFC Asian Cup group stage.

Penafiel keeper will travel to Iran on Monday and will undergo more scans to determine the extent of his shoulder injury.

The Iranian football team was knocked out of the Asian Cup after being beaten by Iraq 7-6 on penalties in the quarter-final.
