Esteghlal’s Helmke Sidelined for Six Weeks

Loading...Tasnim News – TEHRAN, Esteghlal midfielder Hendrik Frank Helmke is set for at least six weeks on the sidelines with a foot injury.
The 27-year-old German joined Esteghlal in late December for the 13 remaining games in the Iranian Professional League (IPL) for an undisclosed fee.
Helmke has not played a single match for the Iranian popular football team.
He suffered a knee injury in the friendly match against Naft Abadan.
Esteghlal has been scheduled to face Sepahan in the Iranian Professional League on Friday.
