Naft to Play El Jaish for a Place in AFC Champions League Group B

Loading...Tasnim – TEHRAN, Iran’s Naft will play El Jaish of Qatar for a place in Group B of the 2015 AFC Champions League.
El Jaish defeated Oman’s Al Nahda 2-1 in the AFC Champions League play-offs and will travel to Iran next Tuesday to face Naft Tehran for a place in Group B alongside Uzbek champion Pakhtakor, Saudi club Al Shabab and inaugural AFC Champions League winner Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates.
“The victory was hard for us because we faced an organized opponent who made it difficult for us to create chances and reach their goal and when we did, our players failed to score from these chances,” said El Jaish coach Sabri Lamouchi in the post match news conference.
