Tasnim – ROSTOV, Rostov striker Sardar Azmoun said that he is bored with the latest speculation linking him with Arsenal.

The Iranian international striker joined Rostov from Robin Kazan on Wednesday for the rest of the Russian premier league.

“I think my transfer to Arsenal is very boring. Now, I should not hurry and think I will join the big teams at the right time. I will likely join an English team for the next two years and it will likely never happen,” Azmoun told the Tasnin News Agency.

“As you know, Russia is host of the 2018 World Cup and so many great players are playing in the Russian league. I will stay in Russia at least one year more. I think I can still improve in the Russian league,” he added.

“We have a good coach (Kurban Berdyev) in Rostov and I think we can avoid relegation,” the 20-year-old striker added.
