Iran’s Yadegar Rostami Chosen as Cordial Cup MVP
Tehran Times – KITZBUHEL, KIA Football Academy striker Yadegar Rostami has been named as the best player of the Cordial Cup.
KIA Football Academy lost to TSV 1860 München 7-6 in penalty shootout on Sunday in the Cordial Cup final.
Rostami was named as the best player of the competition.
The Iranian prodigy was also awarded the top scorer of the tournament.
More than 3,000 players in 164 teams competed in the Cordial Cup which is for teams ages U-11, U-13 and U-15 years old.
Young footballers look forward to participate in the Cordial Cup as it is one of the most prestigious tournaments in Europe.
The two-day tournament took place in the Kitzbueheler Alps.
