Tehran Times – SAO PAOLO, Brazilian football club Sao Paulo FC has showed interest in signing of Iran national team coach Carlos Queiroz, according to globoesporte.com.

The Brazilian website insisted that Sao Paulo president Carlos Miguel Aidar has met Queiroz representative to talk about his availability.

It seems that Sao Paulo officials have a friendly relation with Queiroz while they admire the Portuguese coach knowledge and abilities especially after a great performance against Argentina in World Cup last summer.

Queiroz has just recently agreed to remain as Iran coach until the end of 2018 World Cup in Russia so it is a highly unlikely prospect as Iran Football Federation (IFF) will surely reject bids like this.

The Portuguese coach has managed teams in all continents except South America.
