Tehran Times – ROSTOV, Iranian striker Sardar Azmoun, who joined Rostov in February on a loan deal from Rubin Kazan, is set to stay and sign a contract with last season’s relegation strugglers in the Russian Premiere League.

The 21-year old striker, who scored Rostov’s winning goal in the relegation play-offs match against Tosno, has scored seven goals in 32 appearances for Rubin Kazan during 2013 to 2015.

It’s rumored that the youngster will transfer to the German Bundesliga from Rostov in the January transfer window.
