The action was tight throughout in the opening day of the BSWW Friendship Cup Belarus 2015. Iran faced an early deficit but came back to score all their goals in the second and third periods, to come out on top 5-3.
Turkey is a strong force in Europe and they scored first, which might have been a surprise to some but the Asian side, Iran, knew all too well their offensive prowess and stormed ahead for good in the middle frame. The Turkish side was able to score once in each frame but they could not overcome the Iranian offense and the final score rang with Iran up by a score of 5-3.
