Ghoochannejhad to miss Guam World Cup Qualifier

Loading...Tasnim – LONDON, Iran striker Reza Ghoochannejhad has been ruled out of Guam match in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification.
Iran is scheduled to meet Guam in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on September 3.
Ghoochannejhad faces a month on the sidelines after suffering a knee injury.
The Charlton striker was forced to leave the field because of injury in the match against Nottingham Forest on August 18.
Iran has been drawn in Group D of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification along with Turkmenistan, Oman, India and Guam.
