Iran futsal team beats Russia in friendly

Loading...Tehran Times – URMIA, Iran futsal team defeated Russia 3-1 in a friendly match held at the Ghadir Arena of Urmia.
Hossein Tayyebi opened the scoring in the 2nd minute and three minutes later Hamid Ahmadi made it 2-0.
Russia pulled a goal back in the 8th minute.
Iran scored the third goal in the last minute of the match.
Iran will play Russia on Sunday once again.
The Iranian team is preparing for the 2016 AFC Futsal Championship which will be held in Uzbekistan from February 10 to 21.
