Loading...Tehran Times – TEHRAN, Iran women’s futsal team defeated Russia 4-0 in a friendly match on Tuesday.
In the match held at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Fatemeh Etetadi and Fahimeh Zarei scored one apiece and Fatemeh Papi scored twice.
Iran was defeated against Russia 4-2 in its first match on Monday.
Team Iran is preparing for the Women’s Futsal World Tournament which will be held in Guatemala.
The Iranian national futsal team claimed the title of the inaugural AFC Women’s Futsal Championship held in Malaysia in late September.
