Loading...Tasnim – UBERABA, Iranian national futsal team thrashed Angola 7-0 in Group B of the Grand Prix 2015 on Thursday.
Farhad Tavakkoli and Ali Asghar Hassanzadeh netted a brace each. Ghodrat Bahadori, Ahmad Esmaeilpour and Hamid Ahmadi also were on target.
Iran started the event with a 4-1 win over Colombia.
Iran will play Uruguay on Friday.
Group A consists of host Brazil, Paraguay, Guatemala, and Zambia.
The international tournament takes place in Uberaba, Brazil from November 4 to 8.
Iran has finished in second place twice out of nine editions.
