Norway, Macedonia Interested in Iran Friendly

Loading...Tasnim – TEHRAN, President of Iran Football Federation (IFF) Ali Kafashian said Norway and Macedonia have voiced their interest in playing friendly with the Iranian national football team (also known as Team Melli).
“Norway and Macedonia have shown interest to play friendly with Iran. So many Asian teams are keen to play Iran,” Kafashian said.
“During the years I’ve worked as head of Iran Football Federation, it’s for the first time we’ve received a lot of offers,” he added.
Iran is the highest Asian ranked nation in the latest world ranking.
Kafashian said Iran coach Carlos Queiroz will make the final decision over the friendlies.
