The U-17 tournament is an annual winter association friendly football competition for under-17 national teams that has been taking place in Minsk, Belarus since 2005.
The traditional winter tournament is organized by the Football Federation of Belarus and the Minsk City Executive Committee.
The first tournament was held in February 2005 in Minsk, and the winner was Serbia and Montenegro.
The tournament participants are divided into two groups of four teams, with the group winners playing in the final.
