Persepolis winter training camp in UAE cancelled

Loading...Tehran Times – TEHRAN, Iran’s most popular football club Persepolis has cancelled its winter training camp in Dubai, the UAE.
Persepolis was scheduled for a winter training camp from January 10 but called off its camp after the UAE football officials announced that they will not participate in international matches in Iran.
Saudi football clubs and the Emirati clubs issued statements demanding that they be allowed to play Asian Champions League matches against Iranian clubs in neutral venues.
Persepolis in response to their requests has cancelled its winter training camp in Dubai.
The Iranian giant will hold the training camp in Tehran, capital of Iran.
