The 26-year-old midfielder will come to Iran within next two days to negotiate with the Tehran-based club.
Jardel started his playing career in Brazilian football club Camboriu and has played at Avai and Botafogo as well.
Esteghlal currently sits in first place at the Iran Professional League.
