Hamid Estili steps down as Malavan coach

Tehran Times – Hamid Estili has resigned as head coach of Malavan football team following a series of poor results in Iran Professional League (IPL) on Monday.

Estili, who replaced Amir Ghalenoei in the Bandar Anzali based team in August, has parted company with the team by mutual consent.

Estili has previously coached Steel Azin, Persepolis and Rah Ahan.

Malavan is one point above the IPL relegation zone.

Malavan will host struggling Rah Ahan on Friday.
