Azmoun helps Rostov to remain on top [VIDEO]

Persianfootball.com – ROSTOV, A splendid Sardar Azmoun scored the second goal in a 3-0 of FC Rostov versus third-placed Zenit Saint Petersburg to retain the first position of the league on Sunday.

With five rounds to go, Rostov confirmed their ambition to become Leicester City of Russia and turn from a relegation fighting team to league champions within one season.

While Iranian youngster Saeid Ezatollahi remained on the bench, Sardar Azmoun started the match and crowned a very good performance with the 2-0, when he beat the offside and then the keeper with a calm finish in second half.

Azmoun, who had already been involved in the first goal, then had to be subbed out immediately after his goal, due to a light injury.
