Edinho has penned a one-year contract with the Iranian football club.
The details of the deal have not been revealed.
The 34-year-old striker has returned to Tractor Sazi for his second stint.
Edinho has also played in Iranian football club Mes Kerman.
Tractor Sazi finished in fourth place in Iran Professional League last season.
