Iran wins Continental Beach Soccer Tournament

Loading...Tasnim – ORDOS, Iran claimed the title of the first Continental Beach Soccer Tournament in Ordos, China on Thursday.
Mohammad Hossien Mirshamsi’s side beat Oman 6-3 in the final match.
Amir Hossein Akbari scored four goals for the Iranian team and Peyman Hosseini and Ali Nazem scored one goal each.
The top eight Asian teams, namely Iran, China, Bahrain, Japan, Vietnam, Oman, Thailand, and Lebanon participated in the tournament.
The Iranian team took part in the competition as part of its preparation for the 2017 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualification.
