Iran beaten by Bangladesh at AFC U-16 Women’s Championship 2016

Loading...Tasnim – BANGKOK, Iran was defeated against Bangladesh 3-0 at the AFC U-16 Women’s Championship 2017 qualifying campaign in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday.
Marzia opened the scoring for Bangladesh in the 63rd minute. Jahan Moushumi and Tohura also scored for Bangladesh in the 66th and 86th minutes respectively.
Iran will play Kyrgyzstan on Monday in Group C.
Chinese Taipei, Singapore, and the UAE are also in the group.
Each group will play a one-round league.
The winner from each group (total four teams) will qualify for the finals (eight teams in total). If Thailand finished at the top of their group in the qualifiers, the second-placed team from the same group will also qualify for the final competition.
