Tasnim – TEHRAN, President of the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) Michael van Praag paid a visit to Iran’s Football Academy on Wednesday.

Van Praag was accompanied by head of Iran Football Federation Mehdi Taj in the visit.

The Dutchman has traveled to Tehran to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Iranian counterpart.

Van Praag’s senior advisor Johan van Geijn, who is head of international Assistance programs in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean at the Royal Netherlands Football Association (KNVB) also attended the academy.

Iran Football Federation and Royal Dutch Football Association have been scheduled to sign a MoU on Thursday to expand mutual cooperation.

The Iranian federation has signed MoU with Italy, Belarus, Japan, the UAE and Norway federations so far.
