IPL: Persepolis and Tractor Sazi beaten, Foolad wins [VIDEO]

Loading...Tasnim – ISFAHAN, Persepolis and Tractor Sazi football teams suffered defeat in the Iran Professional League (IPL) on Friday.
IPL pacesetter Persepolis lost to Zob Ahan 1-0 in a match held at Isfahan’s Fooladshahr Stadium.
Ehsan Pahlavan scored the only goal of the match from a long-range shot in the 65th minute.
Earlier in the day, Tractor Sazi was defeated against Sepahan 2-1.
Mehrdad Mohammadi and Ehsan Hajisafi scored for the visiting team in the 24th and 56th minutes respectively. Farzad Hatami pulled a goal back with a header in the 71st minute.
Foolad defeated Sanat Naft 3-0, Siahjamegan beat rock-bottom Machine Sazi 1-0 and Gostaresh Foolad defeated IPL titleholder Esteghlal Khuzestan 2-1.
Persepolis remains top of the table with 29 points, two points ahead of Trcator Sazi.
