AFC – DOHA, Lekhwiya go into Tuesday’s 2017 AFC Champions League Round of 16 second-leg tie with Persepolis at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium looking to maintain their perfect home record and advance to a third quarter-final in five years.

The hosts have won all three of their games in Doha and, after a scoreless draw in Tehran last week, will book their place in the next round should they continue that impressive run.

A score draw would be enough for Persepolis to progress and they will look to their tournament-leading scorer Mehdi Taremi, who missed a late penalty in the first leg, to fire them into the next round.

The Iranian champions lost 3-1 to Al Rayyan on their last trip to Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, where Lekhwiya’s Almoez Ali will be available again after serving a one-match ban.
