AFC ‘B’ certificate coaching course underway in Iran

Loading...AFC – SARI, A total 24 participants from across the Islamic Republic of Iran are participating in The AFC ‘B’ Coaching Certificate course in cooperation with the Football Association of Mazandran (FAM), which is one of Iran’s most active football provinces.
The opening ceremony was attended by FAM President Gholamreza Behravan and Mahmood Sortehchi along with the Football Federation Islamic Republic of Iran Head of Education Dr. Mirshad Majedi.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Mirshad stressed that learning is crucial and coaches play a very significant role in cultivating the next generation.
He also expressed the importance of football development in raising the level of technical standards in competitions.
He spoke on the country’s new education initiative, which will be introduced soon, adding that coaches must continuously increase their football knowledge.
The AFC-appointed Course Instructor is Nader Arabi. The coaching course is from October 16 to November 4, 2017.
