Vouria Ghafouri opened Zob Ahan’s goal with a header in the 31th minute but Stanlley Soares Ferraz leveled the match from the penalty spot just after the hour mark.
Hosseini scored the winner with a header in the stoppage time to give Zob Ahan a home victory.
Zob Ahan leapfrogged Foolad at the second place but the team is behind IPL leader Persepolis with 13 points.
