Sepahan missed the chance to go to top of the IPL in Isfahan’s Fooladshahr Stadium.
Sepahan striker Sajjad Shahbazzadeh gave the host the lead in the 35th minute with a header.
Anthony Stocks equalized the match in the 73rd minute.
Ezatollah Pourghaz scored a goal for Sepahan in the 87th minute shortly after coming off the bench.
Danial Esmaeilifar found the back of the net in the 90th minute with a long-range shot.
Elsewhere, Padideh defeated Paykan 2-1 and stayed top of the IPL.
Seipa edged past Pars Jonoubi 1-0 and Esteghlal Khuzestan defeated Sepidrood 2-0.
