Loading...Tehran Times – DUBAI, Iran defeated Egypt 3-1 to qualify for the 2018 Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup final on Friday.
Team Melli had qualified for the semi-final as Group B winners with three wins against the U.S., Tahiti and Russia in the competition underway in Dubai’s Kite Beach Jumeirah.
Mohammad Masoumizadeh, Ali Mirshekari and Mostafa Kiani scored for Iran.
Iran will face the winners of Brazil and Russia in the final match on Saturday.
The tournament, which is organized by the Dubai Sports Council (DSC) and Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW), is being held in Dubai, the UAE from November 6 to 10.
