Alireza Samimi nominated for the World’s Best Futsal Goalkeeper

Tehran Times – TEHRAN, Alireza Samimi from Iran has been nominated for the Best Goalkeeper in the World.

The second day of nominees list for the 19th edition of the UMBRO Futsal Awards 2018, the most traditional and recognized futsal prizes, released by Futsalplanet.com.

Samimi helped Mes Sungun win AFC Futsal Club Championship in August.

He had already played a significant role in winning AFC Futsal Championship title with Team Melli.

Iranian female player Fatemeh Etedadi and goalkeeper Farzaneh Tavasoli have been previously nominated for the Awards.
