Belgium KAS Eupen to meet Persepolis in friendly

Loading...Tasnim – TEHRAN, Belgium First Division A KAS Eupen will play a friendly match against Persepolis of Iran in Doha, Qatar.
The match has been scheduled for January 13 at the Aspire Academy complex.
“Persepolis will play this game without its international players, who currently play in the AFC Asian Cup, but KAS Eupen expects a strong opponent. Iran’s 11-time champion reached the AFC Champions League final in November but lost to Japan’s Kashima Antlers 2-0 and became runner-up,” KAS Eupen announced.
Persepolis, who has won Iran Professional League in the last two seasons, seeks to claim the title for the third time in a row.
The Iranian team will also prepare for the 2019 AFC Champions League.
