Sirous Nematinejad named Esteghlal Khuzestan coach

Tasnim – AHVAZ, Sirous Nematinejad has been named as new head coach of Iran’s Esteghlal Khuzestan on Saturday.

He replaced Karim Boostani in the Ahvaz-based football club.

Esteghlal Khuzestan sits bottom of Iran Professional League (IPL) table with 10 points from 22 matches.

The team will host Tractor Sazi on March 30 in Ahvaz.

After Boostani’s resignation, Karim Ghanbari took charge of the team as interim coach.
