Tasnim – TEHRAN, Persepolis football team of Iran has reportedly set its sights on capturing Brazilian forward Anderson José Lopes de Souza.

The 25-year-old striker currently plays at Japanese club Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo.

Iranian media reports suggest that Persepolis is going to sign him as Mario Budimir’s replacement.

Lopes has played at Brazilian clubs Tombense, Avai and Atlético Paranaense.

Malian forward Modibo Maïga has been also linked with a move to Persepolis.

The 31-year-old striker has most recently played at Buriram United of Thailand.
