The 20-year-old defender started his playing career in KIA Football Academy.
Pilali has also featured Iran U-20 football team.
His countryman Mohammad Amin Hazbavi has previously joined Qatari giant Al Sadd in the summer transfer window.
Lusail Sports Club is a Qatari football team representing Lusail City playing in the Qatari Second Division.
