Esteghlal makes it to Iran Hazfi Cup semifinal

MNA – TEHRAN, Esteghlal football team defeated Shahrdari of Yasuj here and booked a place in the Iran Hazfi Cup semifinal.

The Tehran based team beat Shahrdari 2-0 at the Takhti Stadium.

Esmaeil Sharifat scored Esteghlal’s first goal in the 19th minute and Amirhossein Sadeghi opened the visitors’ goal once again in the 64th minute.

Esteghlal will play Malavan of Bandar Anzali in the semifinal stage.
