Haghighi debuts for Rubin Kazan [VIDEO]

PFDC – BELEK, Iranian goalkeeper Alireza Haghighi debuted for his new club Rubin Kazan in a test match against Bulgarian team Lewski Sofia on Sunday.

Rubin played with two completely different lineups in first and second half. After losing the first half 0-1, Haghighi replaced Lithuanian reserve keeper Arlauskis at half time and kept a clean sheet in his first appearance.

Kazan’s Georgian striker Uridia could level the scoreline early in the second interval. Rubin’s main goalkeeper Ryzhikov remained on the bench.

Rubin will meet German second Bundesliga team Vfl Bochum in anthother friendly match on Wednesday in Belek, Turkey, at 5pm.
